Karen founded her agency early in her career out of a deep empathy for the people she worked alongside and admired, particularly within the music and arts ecosystem. She believes that meaningful careers do not have to come at the expense of personal well-being, integrity, or creativity. She has appeared at institutions including the New England Conservatory, Colburn School, Vanderbilt University, Eastman School of Music, and Boston Conservatory, among others. One of her greatest passions is supporting individuals during periods of transition, particularly as emerging professionals move from training into practice.
